These terms cover what this website is, what it is not, and what you can rely on from it. They are short because the site is simple: it describes what we manufacture and gives you ways to reach us.

This is an informational site for a steel and iron foundry. It describes what we make, what we can pour, and how to get a quote. There are no accounts to create, nothing is sold here, and there is no checkout.
We work to keep everything on it accurate. Manufacturing capability changes, though, and a page can be out of date before we notice. If a detail matters to your decision, ask us and get the answer from a person.
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and nothing here sets a price. Descriptions of what we make, what we can pour, and what we can hold are general — they are not commitments about your part.
A quote we send you is the offer. What we agree to do, at what price, on what schedule, and against which specification, lives in that quote and in the purchase contract that follows it. Where this site and a quote disagree, the quote governs.
Material descriptions, wear-mode guidance, and process information on this site are general engineering information, published to help you have a useful first conversation with us. They are not a specification and not a recommendation for your application.
Whether a material or a geometry suits your duty depends on things this site cannot know: your feed, your loads, your temperatures, your service life. Those decisions get made against your specification, with our engineering group, before anything is poured. Obligations about a casting we supply are the ones in the quote and the purchase contract for it.
Do not send ITAR or EAR controlled drawings, specifications, or technical data to us through this website or to the email address published on it. Neither channel is set up to receive controlled information.
If your work is controlled, call the office and say so at the start of the conversation. We will route it through our existing controlled channel before any drawing changes hands.
Read it, search it, share it, print it, quote it in an internal evaluation of us as a supplier. That is what it is for.
Automated access is fine within the limits set in our robots policy, including indexing by search engines and by AI answer engines. What is not fine is trying to interfere with the site or the systems behind it — attacking it, overwhelming it deliberately, or attempting to reach parts of it that are not public.
Si-Tec® is our trademark, as are the Spokane Industries name and logo. The text, photographs, and diagrams on this site belong to us or to whoever licensed them to us.
Referring to us, linking to us, or naming us in your own evaluation or documentation needs no permission from anybody. Presenting our material as your own does.
Some pages link off this site — most visibly the careers page, where every job posting and every application is handled by an external job board rather than by us.
Those services are not ours. We do not control their content, their availability, or how they handle your information, and their terms and privacy practices are theirs rather than ours. Read them there.
Descriptions of the work, the environment, and the hiring process on the careers page are informational. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, and nothing here creates an employment agreement or a term of employment.
When the site changes, these terms change with it. The date at the top tells you when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site after a revision means the revised version is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes about this website belong in the state or federal courts serving Spokane County, Washington.
This clause is about the website. A dispute about castings we supplied is governed by the quote and the purchase contract for that work.

Ask a person. If something here conflicts with a quote or a contract you already hold with us, tell us and we will sort it out — the contract wins, and we would rather know.
