You do not need a complete drawing package to start. A specification, the dimensions you have, and what the part has to survive is usually enough to begin.

What to include
- Drawing or model if you have one — a PDF, a STEP file, or a photograph of the print
- The part number or the machine it goes into, if there is no drawing
- Material or specification, if it is called out
- Quantity, and whether this is a one-off, a prototype, or repeat production
- When you need it, honestly stated — it changes what we quote
Talk to engineering
Start with how the part is failing.
A drawing shows the part when it was new. The service data shows what your machine is actually doing to it — where the material is going, how fast, and under what duty — and that is what decides the material and the geometry we recommend.
- Photographs showing where the wear is concentrated
- Measurements against the original dimension where you have them
- Service life you are getting now, in hours or tons
- Feed material, tonnage, and anything unusual about the duty

Technical review within 48 hours
A real person reads the drawing or the wear description and comes back. If it needs a metallurgist rather than an estimator, it goes to one.

Questions before a number
If the specification is ambiguous, we ask rather than quote around it. A quote built on a guess is not a quote.
