Spokane Steel Foundry was founded to provide castings to the developing Idaho Silver Valley Mines. Mining castings and abrasion resisting parts are still integral to our product range.

We currently provide components that service both open pit mining equipment and the vehicles used to haul materials for further processing.

Additionally, we supply components for coal and other underground mining applications that are used worldwide. We provide conventional applications and, for especially challenging wear applications, specialty materials offering significantly longer life.

Abrasion resistance is vital and continual development is occurring to provide more cost effective solutions.
