Engineering DEPARTMENT
The Metal Products Division Engineering Department encompasses Production and Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control Departments. Before production of a new product we utilize the latest 3D modeling software for sound design. Production processes are monitored and controlled using control plans, internal audits, in-process inspection and final inspection.
We maintain proficiency and certification in the following codes:
ASME (new construction)
ASME R and NB (vessel repair and reconfiguration)
UL - 142
DOT (registration CT-1475)
Many tank products are custom configured based on customer requirements. All engineering drawings are reconciled with the customer before production begins.
